Events

How do I RSVP for a Member Day?

Open the Events tab, tap the day you want, and tap RSVP. You sign the waiver first, then set your preferences, such as arrival time and your car, kart, or run group, then confirm. Guests are not part of that flow; once your RSVP is confirmed, tap Invite Guests on the confirmation screen or on the event page to send them a registration link.

When does RSVP close?

RSVP for a member day closes at 4:00 PM Eastern the day before the event. Add-ons and instruction close earlier than that, at 5:00 PM Eastern two days before. Special events do not have either deadline, and staff can set a different cutoff on an individual event, so check the times shown on the event page if you are close.

Can I cancel my RSVP?

Yes. Open the event and tap Cancel. If a paid add-on was only being held on your card and had not been charged yet, that hold is released; if it had already been charged, cancelling does not refund it automatically, and it goes to AMP staff as a refund request for review. Any guest invite link you shared for that event is deactivated at the same time, so it can no longer be used to register.

What are the different member day types?

Track days are for cars and motorcycles on the road course, and karting days are for go-karts on the kart track. Some track days require a road course tier at or above a set level, and the app only offers you the RSVP for days your membership covers.

What is a run group?

A run group sorts karting drivers by lap time so people at a similar pace share the track. You pick yours while you RSVP for a karting day, choosing between Fast Group, Slow Group, Kid Kart, and Cadet; the screen suggests starting with Slow Group if you are unsure. Run groups are karting only and do not apply to road course days.

Can someone come just to watch?

Yes. On the Preferences step the wizard asks Driving or just watching, and choosing Just watching books you as present on property with no car, kart, run group, or tech form and no charge; it also skips the membership tier check, so it works even when your membership does not cover that day's activity. For a guest, the Invite Guests sheet has a toggle called Friends can come just to watch, which lets anyone using that link register as a spectator rather than a paying participant.

How do I RSVP for my child?

If you have a linked minor child, tapping RSVP on a track or karting event opens a Who's coming screen first. Check your child, and yourself as well if you are attending, then continue to the Sign step, where one swipe covers the waivers for everyone you are signing for. Setup comes next for arrival time and vehicle or kart details, and confirming books everyone at once. This works only for a linked minor child; the app does not let you RSVP on behalf of another adult.

How do I book an instructor?

On a road course day, add instruction at the Add-ons step of the RSVP, which books an available instructor's slot directly. On a karting day, the same step sends a request out to available karting instructors, which staff accept rather than confirming on the spot. Both close at 5:00 PM Eastern two days before the event, earlier than the 4:00 PM RSVP deadline the day before, so do not leave it to the last day. The app shows the price before you confirm.

My Garage

How do I add a vehicle?

Open the Profile tab, scroll to My Garage, and tap Add Vehicle; kart-only members see Add Kart instead. Choose the type, then fill in make, model, and year, which are required for every type including karts, where they are labeled Chassis Make and Chassis Model. Cars and motorcycles also need a color and karts need a kart number, while engine, chassis, nickname, and photo are optional. Tap Add Vehicle to save it.

Can I store my kart at AMP?

There is no way to request or set up kart storage in the app. If staff have already set up a storage lease for you, a Stored Karts section appears on your Profile tab showing the kart and where it is stored. To arrange storage, or to change one you already have, email Eli@ampkartracing.com .

Membership

What tier am I?

Your tier is shown on the Profile tab, under your name and again in the Membership Details section. AMP runs two programs: road course tiers are Tungsten, Platinum, Diamond, Corporate, and Social, and karting tiers are Standard and Lifetime. Many members hold a tier in only one program, and a guardian account with no membership of its own shows an Account Type of Guardian rather than a tier.

What does each tier include?

Inside the app, your tier decides which member days you are eligible for: an event can require a road course tier at or above a set level, and the app does not offer you the RSVP when yours is below it. Guest limits are set on each invite link rather than by tier. For a full breakdown of what your tier includes, contact the membership team.

How do I upgrade my membership?

There is no self-serve upgrade in the app. To change your tier, contact the membership team at (678) 329-8051 or dev@atlantamotorsportspark.com .

How do I cancel or transfer my membership?

Neither can be done in the app today. To cancel, or to ask about transferring your membership to someone else, contact the membership team; a staff member handles it and nothing changes on your account until they follow up with you.

Guest Passes

How do I bring a guest?

You do not enter a guest's name or email while you RSVP. Your invite link is created as soon as your RSVP goes through, so once you are confirmed, tap Invite Guests on the confirmation screen or the event page, choose who pays and, on road course days, whether guests ride in your car or bring their own, then tap Share Invite to send the link through your phone's share sheet. Your guest opens the link in a browser and fills in their own details, so they do not need the app.

Who pays for my guest — me or them?

You choose. Tap Invite Guests before you share the link and pick who pays: I'll pay adds their fees to your own reservation and charges your card, and Guests pay has each guest enter their own card as they register. That setting applies to the whole link rather than to individual guests, so everyone who uses it is charged the same way. You can reopen Invite Guests and change it before you share again.

How many guests can I bring?

Each invite link lets up to 10 guests register before it closes to new signups. That limit is the same for every member and every event and does not depend on your tier, and there is no setting in the app for raising or lowering it. Anyone who opens the link after it is full sees a message that the limit has been reached and to ask you for a new link.

Do guests need to sign a waiver?

On events that require one, yes, and your guest signs it themselves while registering through your invite link rather than during your RSVP. The signature pad sits inside that same registration form, and they cannot finish registering without drawing a signature. There is no option in the app for a guest to register now and sign on site later.

Waivers

Do I need to sign a waiver every time?

Yes, for every track or karting member day you RSVP to, and you sign it inside the RSVP rather than as a separate errand. Inside an event waiver a checkbox, off by default, offers to save your signature for next time. Everywhere else you sign in the app, such as Settings, a day-visit waiver, or a tech inspection, drawing your signature saves it and those forms cannot be completed until you do. Once a signature is on file it is applied to any document you sign in the app, so signing later is a single slide.

Can I pre-sign my waiver?

Yes, for a day you are coming to AMP without an event, such as grabbing lunch when the track is not running. On the Profile tab, tap Sign Waiver for a Day, pick the date you are visiting, and sign the standard member waiver ahead of time; the app then gives you a day pass with a short code you read out at the gate. This is separate from an event waiver, so if you RSVP to an event you still sign as part of that RSVP, and a member whose own account is under 18 cannot use this screen.

My child is racing — what waiver do they need?

With a linked minor child, tapping RSVP opens the Who's coming screen, where you check off everyone attending. If you are attending too, the Sign step covers your child's waiver with the same swipe as your own, because you are there as their guardian. If someone else is bringing them, the app asks who: choosing their other parent or guardian means there is nothing for you to sign, since that guardian checks them in, while choosing another adult has you get a permission form to print, sign in front of a notary, and hand to that adult, because your child cannot be admitted without it.

Account

When does my card actually get charged?

For member days, adding a paid item does not charge your card right away. It is authorized about three days before the event, which shows up as a pending amount rather than a completed charge, and the charge itself goes through on the day of the event. Paid special events work differently, and you pay at the time you book. If you cancel before the charge goes through, the authorization is released instead.

How do I manage my payment methods?

In Settings, tap Payment Methods under the Membership section to add a card, choose which one is your default, or remove one you no longer want on file. If a card is your only one and it is securing an upcoming event charge, you have to add a replacement before the app will let you remove it.

Can I add extras after I have RSVPed?

Yes. Open the event and tap Manage Karts on a karting day or Modify on a road course day, then tap Additional Member Services to browse and add items. You are not charged on the spot; the new total is authorized on your card ahead of the event and charged on the day, the same as the rest of your booking. Add-ons close at 5:00 PM Eastern two days before the event, and after that nothing more can be added.

How do I update my profile photo?

Go to the Profile tab and tap Edit Profile, or tap your avatar, which opens the same screen. Tap your photo, choose Take Photo or Choose from Library, then tap Save Changes.

How do I change my notification settings?

Open Settings and find the Notifications section. A master Push Notifications toggle turns everything on or off, and below it are separate toggles for the types currently in use, such as Event Reminders, Member News, and Messages.

How do I change my password?

In Settings, tap Change Password under the Account section; it reads Add a password if you have not set one yet. You enter and confirm a new password on that screen, with no current password and no emailed reset link involved, and you stay signed in on the device the whole time. Setting a password is optional, since signing in with an emailed code works either way.

How do I delete my account?

In Settings, tap Delete Account under the Account section and confirm twice. This cancels your upcoming RSVPs and removes your profile, posts, messages, and vehicles, then signs you out right away; past payments and signed waivers stay on file for legal and financial compliance but are no longer tied to your identity. Your AMP membership itself is not cancelled by this, the deletion cannot be undone, and members under 18 cannot do it themselves, so a parent or guardian contacts the front desk instead.

Using the App

What is the feed?

The Home tab shows a feed where members share posts and updates, with photos if they want. You can like a post and tap into it to read or add comments.

How do I post to the feed?

On the Home tab, tap the bar above the feed that reads Share something with the community to open the composer. Type your update, optionally attach up to four photos with the Photo button, then tap Post.

How do I find other members?

Open Member Directory from the Profile tab, then search by name or narrow the list with the Tier and Category filters above the results. Tier offers All Tiers, Diamond, Platinum, and Tungsten, and Category offers All, Track, Karting, and Both.

How do I message another member?

On the Messages tab, tap New in the top right, then search for the member by name and select them. Direct messages are off by default and search lists every member regardless, so the check happens when you try to start the conversation: if that member has not turned messages on, you see a note saying messages are off for them and the conversation does not start. You can turn messages on for your own account in Settings, under Privacy and Visibility.

Why can't another member message me?

Direct messages are off by default for everyone, so other members can only start a conversation with you once you turn them on. Go to Profile, then Settings, then the Privacy and Visibility section, and switch on Allow Direct Messages. Everything else in that section, including your phone number, email, city and state, condo status, and garage, is also off until you choose to share it; only your name, member level, and event RSVPs are always visible.
