RSVP Late Arrival (after 12 pm): If the member plans to arrive after 12 pm on a member day, they must include notice of late arrival with the RSVP. If member fails to notify AMP of post noon arrival, AMP will close the Circuit if no members are onsite at that time. If no members are present and no RSVP’s have been received, the Circuit will be closed.

Schedule: The member schedule will be posted via  the Member Calendar. The circuit will open every designated member day if any member sends in an RSVP by 6PM the prior day.
